I don't know if i agree with the statement or not, i just wanted to see what other people thought. And im sorry if the question is still grammatically incorrect, but im sure you get the idea.
In general all women look better with longer hair, it's very rare that you find a woman who looks better with shorter hair. If you look good with short hair that's great, so you'll probably look even better with longer hair.
