Trying to make a 60's themed cake. HELP?!?
For school, we have this thing called cake day and each grade gets a different theme. My grade's theme is the 60's. You know, the psychedelic 60's. Hippies, Beatles, tye-dye, peace, love, and happiness. All the good stuff. We have to make a cake and decorate it according to our theme; all shapes and decorations are fair game as long as they are "school appropriate". Try to think of a really out-of-the-box idea. Don't just say "a cake shaped like a flower". I could have thought of that myself. Thank you!
P.S.- Don't be afraid to get a little extravagant!
The cake pictured in the link below looks pretty simple to do, it is a tie dye theme, and nothing says 60's like tie dye. You could also add some peace signs, and hearts. Hope this helps.
