My neighbor's son poured cow manure all over our car last night. What do I do? Call police or let it slide?

I don't want any extreme friction with the neighbors but his "little" mean joke went too far.

You should do a few things:

*Keep this kid away from your kids, because he seems like he's a very bad influence for them.
*Talk to the kid and tell him that he took the prank way too far and that you expect him to clean it off your car and pay for damages.
*Talk to the kid's parents because this is not accaptable; also tell them how you expect him to pay and clean for your car.
*Don't call the police yet; give the kid one more chance to straighten up or you'll call the cops (make sure to explain this to the kid and his parents).
