How can you make a Betta 'Flare Up'? (Like when there about to fight)?
Well I have a Crowntail Betta that I was wanting to take a couple of pictures of while he was 'flared up' or puffed up like when there angry or something. I've tried printing out a pic of a male betta puffed up and it didnt get him going. How can I do this without getting another Betta?
You can use a mirror, BUT this is only "stressing" the fish. He'd see himself in the mirror & think it was another Betta. But I wouldn't advise doing it for any length of time as you're really NOT doing it any favors! Good luck...:)
