How can I cut off my clean off off pipe for sewer and make it flush to the ground?
I know how to do it but its a piece of 3" of ABS-1 pipe and if I cut it off the clean out adapter will fit flush on the piece I cut off and I would want it to actually fit over the pipe instead of flush in order for the cement to hold it in place. How would I do this? The city did a very poor job of putting these sewer lines in they are very ugly in our yards and ABS are pipes that are used in mobile homes not houses.
ABS is code for drain lines. It lasts a long time, and roots can't get through the joints.
Buy a 3 inch coupling at the local hardware store. You can cut the pipe with almost any kind of saw. Get a decent hand saw, and you will have it forever.
