Should I shave my head or wear a swim cap to go faster in my conference swim meet?
Our conference meet is coming up this Saturday for our high school's boys swim team. We have to shave everything except our head, but we can shave our head if we wish. Which will make me faster, a shaved head or a swim cap?
Depends on how good you are.
If your a state competitor shave it.
If your going to place 5th or 6th cap it.
If you can feel the difference between shaved body and non shaved body shave it if you cant then cap it.
